This week, Luxembourg President Jean-Claude Juncker, who presides over a group of EU finance ministers, said the euro is "dangerously high." Indeed, the euro has had a great run over the last 6 months – even if a five-year chart still looks might ugly. So as Juncker tries to talk down the euro, is it time to get short?
