CONGRESS & THE BAILOUT... TWICE: Continuing the two blowout days of Congressional testimony, Fed Chairman Ben Bernanke testifies before the Joint Economic Committee at 1000a ET. Then at 230p ET the action moves to the House Financial Services Committee where both Bernanke and Treasury Secretary Hank Paulson will be answering questions on the bailout. Steve Liesman monitors for news.
