BERNANKE ON THE HILL: All eyes are on Capitol Hill for the second day of Fed Chairman Ben Bernanke testimony. Thursday Bernanke offers part two of his two-day semi-annual testimony before Congress. Steve Liesman will be in studio providing instant analysis.

VIACOM EARNINGS: It's a tough environment for traditional media fighting to maintain audiences against digital content and decreasing ad spending. Wall Street is watching the revenue growth of Viacom's cable network division, Rock Band franchise growth potential and the film division's turnaround. Will the media giant's fourth quarter earnings surprise to the upside? Julia Boorstin details the business behind the numbers and the struggles Viacom faces going forward.

DELL EARNINGS: Last quarter, Dell reported strong earnings because of overseas growth and strong demand for laptops. The computer maker continues to expand its retail reach to better compete with rivals by selling its computer in Best Buy stores. Has the strategy worked? Is demand still soaring?

SEARS EARNINGS: The week of retail earnings continues as Sears reports before the bell. Chairman Eddie Lampert is reportedly holding a meeting at an undisclosed location as he continues to right the direction of Sears stock. While there will be no investor conference call, Lampert will likely write a letter on company strategy for guidance as it struggles to slate a new CEO. Margaret Brennan digs into the words of the Chairman to decipher the road ahead for Sears.

DRILLING FOR PROFIT: As the US economy struggles to catch its breath and slides closer toward recession, there is a corner of the economy that is performing as never before -- the Industrials. In certain sectors of the industrial economy, especially those directly affected by growing global demand, orders can not be processed fast enough, products and services are being cranked out in record amounts, and stocks are responding. As oil hits record after record, Matt Nesto profiles the oil and gas drilling sector.
