BERNANKE ON THE ECONOMY: Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke delivers the Fed's semi-annual monetary policy report to Congress, first for the Senate Banking panel Tuesday morning. It's been a busy week in the wake of the Chairman's appearance before Congress last Thursday w/ Treasury Secretary Hank Paulson.
