ALLEGING SUBPRIME MANAGEMENT: The proxy season heats up as subprime-related blame begins to fall on the executives and board of directors throughout the big banks. First up: John Mack and Morgan Stanley. The CtW Investment Group is urging MS shareholders to vote against director nominees Howard Davies, Robert Kidder and John Mack for their involvement in the risk management and subsequent subprime writedowns at Morgan Stanley.
