THE FINANCIAL ALL-STARS: That's what it will feel like with of-the-moment Wall Streeter JPMorgan Chase CEO Jamie Dimon and Fed Chairman Ben Bernanke testifying at the same Senate hearing. On what else? The issue du jour: JP Morgan Chase's Fed-facilitated buyout of Bear Stearns. The meeting kicks off at 10a ET. Maria Bartiromo and Diana Olick will be live on Capitol Hill. Melissa Lee delves into who's looking out for individual investors and Jane Wells considers the plight of the overlooked homeowners.

BIG NAMES TALKING M&A: This year marks the 20th Anniversary of what is considered to be the preeminent M&A and corporate law forum in the country. For two days, the top M&A attorneys, bankers, and academics come together in one place to discuss the most important issues in the deal-making world. David Faber is live with the major players.

PIGS AT THE TROUGH: Well, it's a more literal question than you'd think when KB Homes will hold its 2008 shareholders meeting at its headquarters in Los Angeles. Why? The Laborers' International Union of North America (LINUA) will kick off its "Pigs at the Trough" tour outside the annual meeting in an attempt to draw attention to the role homebuilders played in current housing and mortgage crisis and how they are seeking tax breaks from Congress through the Foreclosure Prevention Act.
