Steve Liesman and Hampton Pearson will decipher the Fed speak and discuss what it means for the markets.

TODAY'S ECON DATA: Despite the spotlight on Bernanke, there are a few couple economic releases on Tuesday. Top of the list: the ADP Employment Report. It will give us a preview of Friday's oh-so-important jobs report.

BLACKBERRY'S BOTTOM LINE: The blackberry makers report earnings after-the-bell, offering insight into the state of business spending and whether they can continue to fuel explosive growth.

THE ENRON HOUSE OF CARDS: If Jeff Skilling has his way, that phrase will refer to the prosecutors' case against him. Many of the government's Enron convictions are in jeopardy. If the appeals court agrees, Skilling might not only have his conviction overturned, the whole case could be thrown out: no new trial, he's a free man. Many other Enron convictions could also fall by the wayside. Scott Cohn covers the hearing live from New Orleans.
