This scam is very similar to what Claude E Jones of Chicago has done.Mr Jones posed as the owner of the Regal Theater of Chicago. He created websites ,had architects do designs for remodeling, he said" he wanted to develop the southside. He showed deeds that were not recorded by the county .He posed as the owners of several properties including his own personal home which was forclosed 2139 lyndale ave chicago, ill 60647... He got several loans against these same properties from friends familiy and investors.Ive spoken with Mr jones and asked him about the return of my loan and he has no remorse. There are cases against him from different agencies.Have you done business with Mr .Jones ..My condoloncences.Or are considering it... ..claude@corbenicllc.com or claudejones@gmail.com 7737061027 ...
