THE ORACLE OF OMAHA: Becky Quick is live in Omaha wrapping the headlines from Berkshire Hathaway's annual meeting. The Oracle of Omaha himself sat down with Becky to discuss what the meeting means to him, to the economy and the investor.

LANDMARK FOR SAY-ON-PAY: For the first time in U.S. history, shareholders will have the chance to cast their ballots in an advisory vote on executive compensation. Aflac becomes the first firm to give shareholders a "Say on Pay" vote, after deciding to do so voluntarily last year. Mary Thompson is live at the insurer's annual meeting with the results of the vote and shareholder reaction.

LAMPERT'S ACHILLES HEEL: Sears/Kmart has been hemorrhaging market share to Wal-Mart and its stock price is down almost 50% over the last year. Bank of America just yanked Sears' billion dollar letter of credit and now analysts are closely watching cash flow at the struggling retailer to see whether it can keep all its stores open and survive this downturn intact. Can Chairman Eddie Lampert make this turnaround work? Since management rarely speaks and this company doesn't give sales guidance or earnings conference calls, investors will be listening closely for news at the annual meeting. Margaret Brennan reports.

WAL-MART'S HEALTHCARE ANNOUNCEMENT: Wal-Mart is set to a make "major" health care announcement at 830a ET on Monday. The company is hosting a conference call at 8:30 ET. Speaking will be COO Wal-Mart Stores US Bill Simon and SVP and President of Health and Wellness John Agwunobi. Simon is the architect of the Wal-Mart's $4 prescription drug program. Rebecca Jarvis monitors.
