FEDSPEAK: The Fed is everywhere! Five Federal Reserve Bank Presidents and Governors are speaking on the various issues in the economy and monetary policy on Thursday. Will they say anything that will move the markets? If they do, Steve Liesman will let you know.

LENNAR EARNINGS: It's been a rough couple quarters for the homebuilders and Lennar is expected to report a less than optimal earnings report before the bell on Thursday. However the NAR releases its affordability index Thursday and could give Lennar a bump going forward as homes become more affordable due to lower prices and failing mortgage rates.

PROXY SEASON PREVIEW: This year's proxy season will once again feature many proposals to give shareholders a "say on pay." This year's twist: holding executives responsible for not being more vigilant about the risks of getting involved in mortgage-backed securities. Mary Thompson previews the upcoming proxy season and the importance of the voice of the shareholder.
