1. Wal-Mart v. Apple: The world's largest retailer may be the beneficiary of the bad blood between Apple's Steve Jobs and Universal Music chief Doug Morris. Universal no longer puts its music on iTunes following a falling out between Jobs and Morris over Apple's control over marketing music. Enter Wal-Mart: In a 5-month test, Universal will sell exclusive music downloads via musicdownloads.walmart.com. Margaret Brennan looks at the showdown, on the same day that the new Eagles album is released exclusively at Wal-Mart stores and online.
2. Under Armour Earnings: Darren Rovell is live in Annapolis, MD at the first Under Armour store, with an exclusive sneak peek on the day the company reports earnings. Darren also talks to UA CEO Kevin Plank on Power Lunch.
3. Shutterfly on Fire: Jim Goldman profiles the online photo storage company the day it reports earnings.
